X-Ray Technologist (Radiology Technologist) - AM Shift

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Details

  • Work schedule: 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • Every 3rd weekend required
  • Holiday rotation required
  • Must have Operating Room (OR) experience
  • Must have Trauma Level 1 experience

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Radiology Technologist license in Ohio
  • Radiology Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • ARRT certification
  • Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
  • Operating Room (OR) experience

Health and Compliance Requirements

  • Proof of immunizations or immunity for:
    • MMR (2 vaccinations or positive IgG titer; cannot decline)
    • Varicella (2 vaccinations or positive IgG titer; cannot decline)
    • Hepatitis B (series of 3, positive titer, or declination accepted)
  • Influenza vaccine recommended during flu season (optional, with exemptions considered)
  • Tdap vaccine required only for pediatric positions (not specified here)
  • TB test (QuantiFERON/T-Spot or 2-step skin test) completed within 30 days prior to start; if past positive, chest X-ray within 1 year plus updated TB questionnaire annually
  • Fit test for N95 respirators or PAPR required annually (must be completed onsite or offsite within 1 week prior to start)

Onboarding and Documentation Requirements

  • Current valid driver’s license or government-issued ID (front side only) matching profile address
  • Physical/Health statement within 1 year
  • Criminal background check completed within 90 days prior to start, including 7-year county and national checks, SSN trace, sex offender registry, and federal exclusions
  • 9-panel drug screen completed within 90 days prior to start (marijuana removed from panel); must be repeated after any break in service
  • Two professional references from charge nurse or higher within last 2 years
  • Highest level of education verified (transcripts or 3rd party verification accepted)
  • Recent color badge photo (taken within last 6 months, no selfies or filters, solid background)
  • Current skills checklist completed within 12 months prior to start, specific to position
  • Internal competency checklist to be completed within 2 weeks after start date (regulatory compliance skills)
  • Annual compliance training module completion certificate required (valid through 11/5/26)
  • I-9 E-Verify attestation required
