Description
Job Opportunity: CVOR Tech
Location: Weston, Florida
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Work in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) with cardiac call responsibilities.
- May assist with other surgical cases if no cardiac cases are available.
- Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts of 12 hours each (11:00 AM – 11:30 PM), totaling 36 hours per week.
- Cardiac call required, approximately 6 minimum call shifts per month (varies, including 24-hour weekend shifts).
- Floating within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities.
- Locals accepted at the same rate.
- Block scheduling is not accommodated.
- Must prioritize time-sensitive training modules once assigned.
- Facility is smoke-free; all travelers must be nicotine-free (negative 10 panel + nicotine test required).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a CVOR Technologist, with CVOR Technologist experience within the last year.
- Experience as a Vascular Technologist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
