Description
Job Opportunity: First Assist (CST/ORT)
Location
- City: Derry, New Hampshire
Employment Type
- Travel assignment
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- 36 hours per week
- Scheduled 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 3 days per week
- On-call 2 weekdays per week
- On-call every 4th weekend
Unit and Equipment
- Operating Room (OR) unit
- Equipment includes DaVinci Xi and Globus Robot
- Documentation system: Expanse
- Procedures performed: General surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Breast surgery
Required Qualifications
- First Assist Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- First Assist Technician experience within the last year
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience with robotic surgery
- Experience with spine procedures

- No floating policy
- Patient ratios depend on procedure type
- Unit staffing includes unit secretaries and tech availability
