Registered Nurse (LTC/SNF) - Minnesota
Location
- Canby, Minnesota
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Facility Details
- 43-bed, two-story long-term care/skilled nursing facility
- Patient population primarily includes dementia cases
- EMR system: Matrix and paper flowsheets
Schedule & Shifts
- Night shift (1800-0630)
- Primarily 8-hour shifts, with some 12-hour shifts possible
- Every other weekend and holiday required
- Work hours alternate weekly: 44 hours one week, 36 hours the next (80 hours per pay period)
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Minnesota
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care experience, including experience within the last year
- Skilled Nursing experience
- BLS certification
Additional Information
- No IV care required for LPNs (not applicable for RN role)
- No on-call or call-back shifts available or billable
- Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
