Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Travel Position

Location

  • Las Vegas, Nevada

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Facility Setting

  • Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)
  • 52 beds

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Nevada
  • Minimum 1 year of Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Modified Barium Swallow (MBS)
  • Experience with Tracheostomy/Ventilator care
  • Experience with Passy-Muir Valve (PMV) in an acute care setting

Additional Information

  • Electronic Medical Record system used: ProTouch
  • Dress code: Black scrubs
  • Parking: Onsite, free
  • May be required to float to other units within the hospital system

I have been with Host Healthcare for several months. I am not very tolerant of red tape. However Rachel at Host is my Recruiter and has done an incredible job of cutting through the red tape and doing a lot of hand holding through the initial process. She has made my experience so pleasant. I could've gotten more money elsewhere but i am staying right here. Rachel is available all of the time!!! I am very grateful.
