Description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR)
Location: Batesville, Arkansas
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours per Day: 10 hours
Job Summary
- Deliver patient care using the nursing process in accordance with established nursing philosophy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide physical and psychological support to patients.
- Interact professionally with patients, families, and visitors.
Unit Details
- Unit Beds: 11
- RN to Patient Ratio: 1:1
- Trauma Level: III
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: MediTech
- Dress Code: Hospital-provided scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) circulate experience, with at least some experience within the last year
- Current American Heart Association certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with MEDITECH electronic medical record system
Additional Notes
- Applicants residing within 90 miles of Batesville will not be considered; those between 90-150 miles may be reviewed but are less likely to be selected.
