Registered Nurse (RN) - Contract Position in Illinois
Location

- Four 10-hour shifts per week

Job Description
- Assess patients’ mental, physical, and spiritual needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons
- Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition
- Manage conflict professionally to contribute to a healthy workplace environment
- Fulfill Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care
- Participate in continuing education
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
