Description
Job Opportunity: CST/ORT - Operating Room
Location
- Portland, Maine
Position Type
- Travel assignment
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Shifts available: Days (7a-7p), Evenings (11a-11p), Nights (7p-7a)
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
- Weekend requirement: 1 weekend in 4, 12-hour shifts
- Call requirement: One overnight trauma call (11p-7a); specialty team call schedules apply if assigned to specialty teams (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho)
Unit Information
- Level One Trauma Center
- Operating Room with 40 beds and multiple specialties
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- Equipment used: Storz, Stryker, Olympus, Intuitive Robot
- Electronic Medical Record system: Epic
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Experience working with Level One Trauma patients
- Recent CST experience within the last year
