Description
Respiratory Care Practitioner RRT - Pediatrics
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (26-week contracts with guaranteed 48 hours/week)

Job Description
- Provide respiratory therapy services under general supervision for all appropriate pediatric age levels and areas served by the department.
- Administer therapeutic treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
- Record treatment information and patient responses in electronic medical records.
- Serve as a resource to medical staff.
- Perform invasive and noninvasive diagnostic testing and patient monitoring.
- Provide age-appropriate care to pediatric patients.
- Ensure respiratory equipment is cleaned, maintained, and properly documented.
- Participate as a member of the quick response team for cardiac and respiratory arrests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in Oklahoma
- Respiratory Care Practitioner with experience within the last year (0 years of experience acceptable)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
