Description
Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Services
Location: Colton, California
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (may vary by about an hour)
Job Description
Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of current outpatient Occupational Therapist experience
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
- Completion of an Occupational Therapist skills checklist
- All licenses and certifications must be current at time of submission
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel experience highly preferred
Additional Information
- Agency timesheets require supervisor signature
- Interviews will be conducted prior to offers
Work Environment
- Outpatient services within a large university-affiliated medical center
- Facility includes Level I Trauma Center, regional burn center, comprehensive stroke center, behavioral health center, and multiple specialty care services
