    Description

    Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Services

    Location: Colton, California
    Employment Type: Temporary
    Contract Length: 13 weeks
    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (may vary by about an hour)


    Job Description

    Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting.


    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 1 year of current outpatient Occupational Therapist experience
    • Active Occupational Therapist license in California
    • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
    • Completion of an Occupational Therapist skills checklist
    • All licenses and certifications must be current at time of submission

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous travel experience highly preferred

    Additional Information

    • Agency timesheets require supervisor signature
    • Interviews will be conducted prior to offers

    Work Environment

    • Outpatient services within a large university-affiliated medical center
    • Facility includes Level I Trauma Center, regional burn center, comprehensive stroke center, behavioral health center, and multiple specialty care services
