Respiratory Therapist

Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Hours per week: 36

Facility Information

70 licensed beds

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license required
Maine State Respiratory Therapy licensure required
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Experience

First-time travelers accepted (no prior travel experience required)

Patient Care & Unit Information

Floating between NICU, Pediatrics, and Adult units possible (details discussed during interview)
Patient types and common diagnoses will be discussed during interview

Support & Resources

Respiratory Department Leadership available
Hospitalist coverage 24/7
Intensivist available for consult 24/7

Technology & Equipment

EMR system: Cerner
Pyxis medication dispensing system

Scheduling & Orientation
