Description
Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Imaging) - Contract
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Contract Length: 20 weeks
Shift: Four 10-hour day shifts per week, with weekend and on-call rotation
Hours per Week: 40
Job Description
- Provide ultrasound imaging services across multiple specialties including general, vascular, small parts, breast imaging, and first trimester obstetrics.
- Assist with biopsies.
- Serve both inpatient and outpatient care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of ultrasound technologist experience, including experience within the last year.
- ARDMS or ARRT(S) certification required.
- Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Additional Requirements
- Must reside at least 75 miles away from the facility (radius rule).
- Compliance with Colorado CAPS registration is required (may take up to two weeks to obtain).
- Accurate Social Security Number and Date of Birth must be provided to avoid onboarding delays.
Notes
- Weekend and call rotation is part of the schedule.
- This is a travel contract position.
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
