Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) - Long Term Care (Days)
Location: Lancaster, Texas
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours per Day: 8
Job Description
- Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and to reduce aspiration risks.
- Create communication treatment plans to help individuals both express themselves better and understand others.
- Lead and direct the delivery of speech language pathology services in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and facility policies.
- Provide appropriate care and services to residents in a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
- Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology license.
