Registered Nurse (LTC/SNF) - Minnesota

Job Details

Location: Pipestone, Minnesota
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift
Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend
Holiday Coverage: Every other holiday
Overtime: Available

Facility & Patient Population

71-bed facility
Patient types: General long-term care population and rehab wing
Nurse-to-patient ratios: Varies between 2 or 3 during day shifts with TMA, 2 on nights
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: PCC
Orientation: Location-specific, first shift orientation with another nurse

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
Minimum of 2 years of Skilled Nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

Additional Information

No on-call or call-back duties available or billable
Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
Local pay rates apply within 80 miles of the facility
