Description
Job Opportunity: Speech-Language Pathologist (Outpatient) - Travel/Contract
Location
- Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
Employment Type
- Travel/Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Shift Options (traveler preference):
- 4 days of 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM–5:00 PM two days, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM two days)
- 5 days of 8-hour shifts (9:00 AM–5:30 PM)
- Hours per week: 40
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Wisconsin
Additional Requirements
- Photo for badge (passport-style, shoulders up, no filters)
- Completion of facility-specific compliance and confidentiality documents prior to start
- Competency exams and medication/pharmacology tests as applicable
- Color blindness test if working in dialysis/kidney center (not applicable for SLP)
- Flu vaccine exemption forms if applicable
- Skills checklist required annually
Notes
- Locals are accepted but at a lower rate
- Pending licenses accepted
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
