Description
Registered Nurse – CVPICU (Pediatric Cardiac ICU)
Location: Memphis, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Job Summary
- Pediatric Cardiac ICU nursing position requiring specialized pediatric experience.
- Level I Pediatric Trauma Center environment.
- Weekend shifts required on an as-needed basis; no weekend block scheduling except by discussion during interview.
- Local candidates within 100 miles are not accepted (strict radius).
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- Minimum 2 years of CVPICU experience, with CVPICU experience within the last year
- Experience working with pediatric patients and pediatrics experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Certifications required (must reflect candidate’s legal name):
- BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
