Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer - Radiology (Travel Assignment)
Location: Tallahassee, Florida
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Job Description
- Backfill position for Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer
- Shift: Friday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Work in a fully accredited, 266-bed acute-care hospital offering a wide range of specialized services including Emergency Services, Pediatric ER, Senior Care ER, Bariatric Center, Behavioral Health Center, Cancer Center, Chest Pain Center with PCI, Comprehensive Breast Center, Family Center, Heart & Vascular Center, Orthopedic Center, Physical Therapy, Stroke Center, Surgical Services, and Wound Healing Center.
- Commitment to high-quality, cost-effective healthcare with a focus on compassion, integrity, and respect within the healthcare team and patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, including experience within the last year
- Certification: ARRT (S) or ARDMS
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Completion of Ultrasound Skills Checklist
Additional Information
- No prior travel experience explicitly required
- Schedule involves weekend shifts with 12-hour coverage each day
