Description
Job Opportunity: RN Cath Lab
Location: Athens, Georgia
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience of at least 1 year, with experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Onboarding Requirements
- License/certification verification with machine-generated date within 30 days of start
- Signed professional forms including:
- Code of Conduct
- Confidentiality and System Security Agreement
- Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
- Background and screening checks dated within 30 days of start:
- Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check (last 7 years) including SSN verification
- Education verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) report
- OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check
- Trinity system access form completed and uploaded one week before start
- CORE exam (Joint Commission testing) within the last year
- Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
Additional Information
- Resume, recent skills checklist (within 1 year), and two professional references required for submission
- All certifications and health documents must be scanned and uploaded with clear images of front and back of cards where applicable
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
