Physical Therapist (Travel) – Pennsylvania
Location
- Towanda, Pennsylvania
- Acute Rehab setting
- Facility has 15 beds
Assignment Details
- Travel position
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Start date: June 25, 2026
- Work schedule: Normal business hours, typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (flexible)
- No floating to other units; work exclusively on the acute rehab unit
- Electronic Medical Record system: Epic
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance required
- FBI and Department of Aging fingerprinting required (must be current within last two years or completed prior to start)
- PA State Police Clearance (PATCH) required; volunteer clearances not accepted
- All fingerprinting must be completed before candidate clearance

- Position is a contractor replacement
- Parking available on site
- Dress code: Gray scrubs
