Description

Physical Therapist - Home Health

Location: Klamath Falls, Oregon
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 12 hours per day, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)


Job Details

  • Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes, traveling to multiple locations daily
  • Average of 5 patient visits per 8-hour day
  • Use Netsmart (formerly Allscripts) for charting and documentation
  • Compensation includes mileage reimbursement for travel between patient homes

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
  • Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS

Additional Information

  • Housing is challenging for candidates with pets; special housing arrangements must be coordinated prior to placement
  • Shifts may be 8 or 10 hours, with travel between patient homes included
