Mammography Technologist (Temporary)

Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
Shift: Days
Hours per day: 8
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Perform a variety of mammography exams applying principles, theories, and techniques of mammography imaging to provide reliable imaging results.
  • Use personal computers and various software programs relevant to the position.
  • Operate applicable office equipment.
  • Work effectively with other departments and the public.
  • Maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Mammography Technologist license in Oregon
  • Minimum of 1 year of Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
