Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel/Contract

Hood River, Oregon

Position Details

Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 16 weeks
Shift: Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (18:30 - 07:00)
Hours per week: 36
Floating: Yes, may float between units as needed
Weekends: Required on weekends during night shifts
On-call: Not required
Block schedules: Required (3 night blocks)
Patient Population: Primarily adult patients; pediatric patients mainly seen in the Emergency Department (ED)
Care Level: Critical Access Hospital, Level III Trauma Center
Total Staffed Beds: 25
Teaching Hospital
Charting System: Epic
Scrub Color: Any color allowed; scrubs provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, and Maternal Child units
Parking: No fee

Job Requirements

Licensure & Certification

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Oregon
Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
Required Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
