Job Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Schedule: No weekends, no holidays

Required Qualifications

• Echo Technician with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification

Health and Safety Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccine proof including booster (or approved declination/exemption where allowed).
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or immunity via lab titer.
• Hepatitis B vaccination series must be initiated prior to start.
• Influenza vaccine is optional.
• Varicella: Proof of vaccination or immunity.
• Tuberculosis screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA test required; positive TB requires chest x-ray per regional guidelines.
• Fit test for respiratory protection.
• Physical exam within the last year confirming fitness to work.
• Drug screen: 10-panel drug test completed within 30 days of start (NO THC).

Professional and Compliance Requirements

• Resume and skills checklist within the past year.
• Two professional references.
• Signed Code of Conduct form.
• Completed I-9 verification.
• Confidentiality and system security agreement signed.
• Conflict of Interest disclosure form signed.
• Criminal background check covering last 7 years, including SSN verification.
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days.
• OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check within 30 days.
• Integrity and audit services form signed shortly before start.
• Joint Commission CORE exam within the past year.
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check within 30 days.
• Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the past year.
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
• Color vision screening.
• Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.
