MRI Technologist - Traverse City, MI
Job Summary
- Responsible for patient safety and performing high-quality MRI studies.
- Ensures effective communication with radiologists and other customers.
- May train new technologists and/or Patient Coordinators.
- Duties include patient pre-screening for contraindications, aseptic injection technique, producing diagnostic images, ordering supplies, cleaning the unit, and assisting with patient transport preparation.

- Employment Type: Traveler - Backfill
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Varied Day Shifts
- Hours per Week: 36
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification in MRI (MR) required.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year MRI experience in high-volume environments preferred.
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Valid state driver’s license required, if applicable.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
- Ability to work at multiple locations; local travel may be required.
