Description

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Travel Assignment

Location: Olympia Fields, Illinois
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

  • Preferred split: 3 days inpatient / 2 days outpatient, or 5 days inpatient

Job Description

  • Provide speech therapy services as a traveling Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Assignment involves both inpatient and outpatient care settings.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Illinois
  • Minimum 1 year of Speech Language Pathologist experience, including experience within the last year
  • BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
  • Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP)

Additional Notes

  • Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
  • This is a long-term assignment (LTA) travel position.
  • Fit testing must be completed before start; no onsite fit testing available in Illinois.
  • All immunizations and health screenings must be up to date and documented for onboarding clearance.
