MRI Technician - Westerville, Ohio
Job Details
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
- Current and valid MRI Technician license or certification as required by the state of Ohio
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Health and Safety Requirements (Must be completed prior to start)
- COVID-19 vaccine booster proof (valid through October 2026), or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL).
- Proof of MMR vaccination (2 doses) or immunity via lab titer.
- Proof of Varicella vaccination or immunity via lab titer.
- Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start.
- Influenza vaccine proof or declination (optional).
- 2-Step PPD or IGRA TB test; if positive, chest x-ray per regional requirements.
- Fit test for respiratory protection.
- Physical/health statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year).
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start.
Professional and Compliance Requirements (Must be completed prior to start)
- Resume and skills checklist (within the last year).
- Two professional references.
- Signed Code of Conduct form.
- Completed I9 verification.
- Confidentiality and system security agreement.
- Conflict of interest disclosure form.
- Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) including SSN verification, dated within 30 days.
- Education verification (highest degree or diploma/GED).
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days.
- OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days.
- Integrity and audit services form signed shortly before start.
- Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year.
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days.
- Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year.
- System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
- Color vision test.
- Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.
This position requires weekend night shifts and compliance with extensive health, safety, and professional credentialing standards prior to starting the assignment.
