Description
Cath Lab Tech - Travel/Contract
Location: Mount Vernon, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hour shifts (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
Call Requirement: Yes
Floating: As needed within scope
Job Requirements
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Washington
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Certification: RCIS, RCES, or AART
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
Compliance & Documentation
- Background check within 30 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years
- Education verification required; US equivalency documentation if education completed out of county
- Photo for badge required
- Confidentiality, Crime Disclosure, Conflict of Interest, and Compliance forms must be reviewed and completed
- 2 professional references completed within 1 year of start required
Health & Safety Requirements
- Tdap vaccine or signed declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within required timeframes
- Annual TB questionnaire completion
- Immunizations or positive titers required for:
- Measles (Rubeola)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Varicella
- Hepatitis B (3 doses or signed declination)
- 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Seasonal flu vaccination or declination during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); mask required if declined
Additional Notes
- Block scheduling may be discussed during interview
- Floating duties may be assigned as needed within scope of practice
