Physical Therapist (PT) - Temp - Outpatient (Days)

Location: Colebrook, New Hampshire
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (3 shifts per week, 10 hours each: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
Hours per Week: 30 hours

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services in a hospital-based outpatient setting, including inpatient acute and swing bed care at a Critical Access Hospital.
• Work schedule consists of three 10-hour shifts per week.
• Candidates should investigate housing options prior to applying.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
• Minimum 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
