Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
- Block schedules required
- No weekends or on-call required
- Expected patient ratio: 1:1
- No floating between units
Job Requirements
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in Washington
- Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Operating Room experience
- Experience in a large hospital setting
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington state license or equivalent experience
- Certifications (must be current and from approved organizations):
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure)
- Chemotherapy certification (if applicable)
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification (if applicable)
- IV Certification (if applicable)
- Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) (if applicable)
- NIH Stroke Certification (if applicable)
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) (if applicable)
- Medication/Pharmacology competency exam as applicable
- Competency exams as applicable by specialty
Experience

- State-specific searches required for Washington (including WA State Patrol Search within 90 days of start)
- Drug screening: 9-panel drug screen within 12 months of start (instant acceptable)
- References: Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment within last 3 years in comparable specialty/setting

Health and Immunization Requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
- Fit mask test required for travel candidates (updated annually)
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine within 10 years or declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months, updated annually
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer with acceptable alternatives
- Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination/documentation
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer with acceptable alternatives
- Seasonal flu vaccine during flu season or declination
- COVID vaccination record preferred; declinations accepted with adherence to masking policies
- Respiratory safety clearance required annually for travel candidates
Training and Compliance
- Annual completion of regulatory and specialty-specific training modules via LMS (Workramp)
- Epic system training required for applicable units (OR and related hospital systems)
- Skills checklist required annually for applicable units
