Radiology Technician (Rad Tech) - Travel Position
Location
- Lewiston, Idaho
Job Type
- Travel assignment
- Contract length: 12 weeks
- Shift: Nights, Monday through Thursday
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 40
- Call requirements: Rotating weekends every 8 weeks
Unit Information
- Department: X-Ray/CT, Radiology (1st Floor)
- Trauma Level: 3
- Equipment: GE X-Ray and GE CT machines
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) system: Meditech
Required Qualifications
- Certification: ARRT certification in X-Ray and CT
- License: Radiology Tech license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Education: Typically requires a degree in Radiographic Science
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Radiology specialty, including perfusion studies and contrast studies
- Skills: Experience with PACS, perfusion work in CT preferred
- Common patient cases: Stroke, trauma, emergency room cases
