MRI Tech - Radiology
Location: Gallatin, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
- Provide MRI technologist services in a 159-bed Level III Trauma Center facility.
- Work primarily with adult and some geriatric patient populations.
- Operate GE Signa Voyager 1.5T MR30 equipment.
- Use EHR systems including Meditech, Unity PACs, and vRAD.
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 40 (30 hours weekdays, 10 hours weekends).
- Weekend hours: Every other weekend / as needed.
- Call requirement: Sunday rotation, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1 Sunday per month).
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year.
- ARRT (MR) Certification.
- BLS Certification.
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler.
- Tennessee Abuse Registry check required prior to assignment start.
- Orientation held weekly on Mondays.
- Dress code: Scrubs of any color; no torn or overly tight clothing.
