Registered Nurse - Operating Room (Travel Assignment)

Location: Panama City, Florida
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours

Unit Overview

• Operating Room with 11 beds
• Patient ratio: 1:1
• Equipment includes specialties such as Neuro, Robotics (DaVinci Xi, Mako), Pediatrics, and Orthopedics
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling: 10-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and on-call requirements
• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs for nurses

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Robotic surgery experience with DaVinci Xi and Mako systems

Procedures and Responsibilities

• Perform all procedures across all specialties within the Operating Room
• Work with advanced surgical technologies and robotics
