Registered Nurse (LTC/SNF) - Minnesota

Location

City: Canby, MN

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Primarily 12-hour night shifts (1800-0630), with one 8-hour shift
Hours per week: Alternating between 44 hours one week and 36 hours the next (80 hours per pay period)
Weekend coverage: Every other weekend
Holiday coverage: Every other holiday
Overtime: Available

Facility & Patient Population

Facility size: 43 beds, two-story building
Patient types: Primarily dementia patients
EMR system: Matrix and paper flowsheets

Required Qualifications

Active Minnesota RN license required
BLS Certification required
LPNs may be utilized in place of RNs, but no IV care required for LPNs

Additional Information

No on-call or call-back duties
Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using provided housing
Weekend and holiday shifts rotate every other occurrence
