Registered Nurse (ICU) - Medford, Oregon

Position Details

Specialty: ICU
Location: Medford, Oregon
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 12 hours per day, every other week (EOW), totaling 36 hours per week
Orientation: 12 hours of non-billable orientation during the first work week (guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation)
Call Off Policy: Possible cancellation or call off up to 24 hours per 13-week assignment
Local Radius Restriction: Candidates must be outside a 50-mile radius; local candidates are not accepted

Required Certifications

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)

Licensure

Oregon RN license preferred
Non-Oregon licensed RNs may apply and are eligible for a 90-day temporary Oregon license if permanent license is not posted before assignment start

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience
ICU experience within the last year
ACLS certification
BLS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
