Echo Tech (Cardio Echo Technician) - New Hampshire

Job Details

  • Location: Dover, New Hampshire
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 4 days per week (4x9 shifts)
  • Weekend Shifts: 1-2 required during the contract
  • Call Shifts: 3-5 weekday call shifts required during the contract
  • Local candidates will not be considered

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Echo Technician license in New Hampshire
  • Minimum of 1 year of Echo Technician experience
  • Echo Technician experience within the last year
  • Completion of at least one travel assignment

Health and Safety Requirements

  • N95 Fit Test: Must have a current N95 respirator fit test within 365 days prior to start date; no exemptions allowed. Fit test cannot be done onsite.
  • Respirator Medical Clearance: Attestation required as part of fit test documentation if fit test is required.
  • Immunizations: Documentation of MMR vaccination (two measles, two mumps, one rubella or two MMR vaccines) or proof of immunity via blood test.
  • TB Testing: Negative TB skin test or blood test (QuantiFERON or T-spot) within 3 months of start date; updated if there is a break longer than 6 months.
  • Health Statement: Physician statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date; updated if break longer than 6 months.

Background and Credentialing Requirements

  • Criminal Background Check: Must be completed within 45 days prior to start date and updated if break longer than 6 months (or 30 days for this facility). Includes seven-year residential, employment, and education history plus international travel/residence over 30 consecutive days.
  • National Sex Offender Registry Check: Completed within 30 days prior to start and updated annually.
  • Exclusion Checks: Must be run within 30 days prior to start and annually, including OIG, GSA, and state Medicaid exclusion lists for NH and MA.
  • State-Specific Checks: Two New Hampshire state checks required within 30 days prior to start and updated if break longer than 30 days: NH Criminal Background Check and NH BAAS Check.
  • Social Security Number Trace: Must be run with criminal background check covering last 7 years.
  • Education Verification: Verified through background check company; must confirm highest level of education achieved.
  • Resume: Must include past 7 years of work experience with city and state for all work and education.
  • References: Two references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher in the relevant skillset.
  • Skills Checklist: Must be completed within 1 year of submission.
  • Candidate Submission Coversheet: Required for initial assignment submission.
  • Assignment Confirmation Form: Required upon acceptance and for any extensions; must be updated if start date changes.
  • Beeline Attestation: Required for all new applicants after registration.
