Description
Registered Nurse - Surgery (Contract)
Location: Salida, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Surgical RN position in a scenic mountain town known for outdoor recreational activities including hiking, biking, skiing, and whitewater rafting.
- Work schedule: Five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Call duties are distributed equitably among staff.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Minimum of 3 years OR Circulate experience, with at least some experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Certifications

- PALS
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Hours per Week
- 40 hours (Five 8-hour shifts)
