Registered Nurse
Location
- Peoria, Illinois
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Local placements accepted within 50 miles of the facility
Schedule
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
- Weekend call rotation, about 1 in every 4–5 weekends
- 1–2 nights of call per week
Setting
- Hospice/home health
- 4–5 visits per day
- No vents
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license
- BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Independent worker
- Computer/EMR skills
Submission Requirements
- Last four digits of SSN
- Middle initial
- Requested time off
- Confirmation that the Illinois license application process has been initiated, if not already active
Additional Notes
- Drug screen required
- 12 hours of non-billable orientation
- Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation
- Call-off policy allows 12 hours every 13 weeks without penalty
- One aide is available for every 2 RNs
