Registered Nurse – Behavioral Health (Travel/Contract)

Location: Mount Holly, New Jersey
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each; 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

• Travel/contract position requiring floating within 5 hospitals based on needs (all within reasonable proximity).
• Block scheduling is not allowed.
• Patient ratio approximately 1:5.
• Charting system: Epic (experience preferred but not required).
• Scrubs color: Navy blue.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
• Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health nursing experience.
• Behavioral Health experience within the last year.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Certifications (as applicable)

• ACLS required for certain units (not specifically required here but recommended to have current BLS).
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement required.
• Medication/pharmacology competency exams as applicable.
• Competency exams as applicable to specialty.

Additional Information

• First-time travelers accepted but not preferred.
• Floating required within a group of hospitals based on skillset.
• Return to Office (RTO) documentation must be submitted at time of application; late submissions will not be accepted.
• Background checks required including 7-year criminal history, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG.
• Facility-specific documents such as badge photo and personal/auto insurance (if applicable) required.
