Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D) - Nights

Location: Keene, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Temporary
Shift: Nights
Hours per Day: 12
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Provide nursing care to patients from infancy through the adult lifespan.
  • Utilize knowledge of age-related growth and development to individualize nursing care according to nursing philosophy, standards of care, and standards of practice.
  • Care focus includes Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Mother/Baby care.
  • Must adhere to strict scheduling policies: no block scheduling or schedule accommodations allowed.
  • Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted and verified at time of application; no more than 5 days of RTO allowed.
  • Must have own vehicle to travel to assignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in New Hampshire
  • Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, including experience within the last year
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience in Postpartum and Maternal-Newborn care
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Experience with Epic EMR system
