Home Health Registered Nurse - Memphis, Tennessee

Job Details

Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day shift, 5x8 hours)
Hours per Week: 40
On-Call: 7-10 on-call shifts per month required
Location Requirement: Must live over 100 miles from the facility

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
Minimum 2 years of Home Health nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
