    Description

    Occupational Therapist

    Location

    • Colorado Springs, Colorado

    Contract Length

    • 13 weeks

    Schedule

    • Day shift
    • 40 hours per week
    • 5 eight-hour shifts per week
    • 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
    • Every Sunday

    Setting

    • Acute care

    Patient Population / Coverage

    • Neuro, cardiovascular, polytrauma
    • May cover ortho, trauma, neuro, general med/surg, and intermediate care

    Daily Volume

    • 7–8 patients per 8-hour day

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
    • Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
    • Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
    • BLS issued by American Heart Association
    • Driver's License

    Scheduling Requirements

    • 6 weekend days during the contract

    Orientation

    • Clinicians must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote
    • Brief department orientation with the lead therapist

    Dress Code

    • Black scrub top and bottom

    Hiring Process

    • Interview with the unit manager at the facility

    • Driver’s license must be submitted
    • Radius limit: 60 miles
