Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
Eligible for or currently licensed by the State of Oregon
Current CPR certification
Experience in pediatrics

Job Summary

Evaluates and provides occupational therapy services to help restore function for physically or mentally disabled patients
Works with patients’ families and healthcare team members regarding abilities and goals

Additional Notes

Transition to permanent employment is expected after the contract period
