18-bed medical-surgical unit
Patient ratio: 1:6
Electronic Health Record system: Meditech
Patient population: All ages
Float requirements: Must be able to float to any med/surg area within scope
Weekend hours: Every other weekend
Call requirements: None
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to start
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Proficient in nasogastric (NG) tube insertion
