Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing

Location: LaFollette, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel
Shift: Nights, 7 PM – 7 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description

Work in a rehab center/nursing home setting with both skilled nursing and long-term care patients.
Float between skilled nursing and long-term care units.
Patient population includes short-term rehab patients, particularly in skilled care and orthopedic receiving.
Responsibilities include rounds, medication administration, supervising CNAs, and possible wound care.
Patient ratio is approximately 1:17.
Facility uses PointClickCare EMR.
Scrubs color: Royal Blue.
No call and no 48-hour shifts.
Block scheduling may be available upon request.
Return to office blackout period from September 7 to Labor Day.
Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee.
Skilled Nursing (2 years of experience).
Skilled Nursing experience within the last year.
BLS.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
Orthopedics experience.
