Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Longview, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 9 AM – 6 PM (required to float, no call)
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Physical Therapists (PTs) help patients reduce pain and improve or restore mobility. They develop individualized treatment plans to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. PTs also create fitness and wellness programs to prevent loss of mobility and support long-term health. Care settings include hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health, schools, sports facilities, and nursing homes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, including experience within the last year
• Experience in inpatient and rehabilitation settings
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Information

• Must wear solid color scrubs
• Immediate start required
• No recent graduates or Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (LPTA) will be considered
• Travelers must include permanent home address and Social Security number on submission
