Occupational Therapist (Travel) - Indiana

Job Details

Location: Crown Point, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel
Facility Setting: Freestanding 40-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
Work Schedule:
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- If contract is renewed: 1 Saturday coverage per month, if able
Hours per Week: 32 hours
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: EPIC
Dress Code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
Parking: Employee parking lot at rear of building

Job Description

Coverage for leave in an acute rehab setting
Floating to other units is not specified
Acute rehab experience preferred, but strong applicants with other experience will be considered

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana
Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
