Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinic, Triage (Days)

Location: Newport, New Hampshire

Job Description

• Provide nursing care in an outpatient clinical environment using nursing process and critical thinking.
• Responsibilities include assessment, planning, organizing, providing, and evaluating nursing care.
• Work primarily in Family Medicine/Clinic setting with phone triage duties.
• Orientation hours: none required.
• No call or call-back required.
• Holiday and overtime multipliers apply.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 3 years of current Family Medicine experience
• Minimum 3 years of clinic experience, with clinic experience within the last year
• Clinical office experience
• Triage experience
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Preferences

• EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required.

Additional Requirements

• Must have own reliable transportation; public transit and rideshare options are not available in the area.
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted and approved at the time of application; no more than 5 days of RTO allowed. Requests after submission or during interview will not be approved and may result in offer rescindment.
