Job Description

• Start date: August 24th or 31st
• Surgical Services Unit includes 2 Operating Rooms and 1 Endoscopy Suite
• Approximately 40-50 cases per week
• Case volume varies by service line: 1-4 or 5-12 Endoscopy cases daily
• Types of surgeries/procedures: Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Obstetrics/Gynecology, General Surgery, Endoscopy
• No local candidates accepted; travelers must live 50+ miles from the facility
• Housing is very challenging in Plymouth; candidates are encouraged to secure housing before applying. Having a camper is ideal due to campground availability.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room circulating experience, including experience within the last year
• Proficiency in orthopedic, general surgery, endoscopy, sports medicine, gynecology, and cesarean section cases
• Total joint surgery experience
• Active American Heart Association certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• This is a small, critical access facility; limit requests for time off (RTO)
• The area offers scenic outdoor recreation, cultural activities, and proximity to mountains, lakes, beaches, and major cities
• Call pay and other compensation details are not included here per guidelines
