Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Weekend requirement: at least every third weekend
• Holidays rotate with core staff as needed

Assignment Details

• Primarily MedSurg with float support to the ED
• 14-bed unit
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5–6
• Charge nurse is present on each shift and takes an assignment
• Nursing assistants/patient care techs are available at a ratio of 1:10
• No drip titration required
• Common titratable or set-rate medications include antibiotics
• Unit orientation: 2 shifts

Required Qualifications

• RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Driver’s license required at submittal

Additional Requirements

• Must pass an open-book skills exam during orientation with a minimum score of 90%
• Artificial nails are prohibited in patient care areas
• Must be able to work independently with limited resources and collaborate effectively on a small team
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritize care and advocate for patient safety

Notes

• Radius rule applies: candidates must live more than 50 miles away
• Candidates may not be currently working, or have worked within the past year, in any full-time, part-time, or PRN role with certain affiliated facilities
• RTO must be submitted upfront; additional time off will not be approved after submission
