Role Summary
- Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Record patient information, vital signs, and care documentation
- Assist with procedures, wound care, IV starts, catheter insertion, and patient education
- Support discharge planning and respond to urgent or life-saving situations
